Last night was our first time to dine at The Riverside Grille. The atmosphere was great! Its decor was beautiful and it was nice to be in a restaurant where you could hear each other and we were a large group. Food was delicious and the rolls were off the chart good! We will be back.

The building itself is beautiful, very nice staff, they get the door for you. Very pleasant attitudes, dressed well, its a high end place without the REALLY high end prices. We had Jace, very nice young lady, attentive, got all the orders right, amiable, overall great, the food was amazing, the appetizers, the main meal, no dessert, the food was ample enough, I would definitely go again, it was my first time to TX which was a bucket list thing to do and I loved the place and Texas, great place for family or a date night

We went to Riverside Grille and had a really good experience. From the moment we walked in, the entrance was welcoming- they opened the door for us and greeted us right away. The service was great. Within a minute or two of sitting down, we already had water, and then they brought out hot buttered rolls, which were really good. Our waiter came shortly after and was friendly and attentive throughout. The food was good, and everything came out just right. Overall, it was a really nice experience with great service and a welcoming atmosphere. I'd definitely come back.

The food was so good! Our server was Maddy and she was great and when we had a question she went and asked, it was great. The atmosphere was incredible and looks really expensive. Still really good. Only thing is that they were vacuuming the seats and it was a little loud, but still tolerable. Would definitely recommend and would come back in in the area. P. S the fish tank is really cool!

Oh snap! I actually put a 5 star level on a review. If you read my reviews, I always save the 5 star for something that really is over the top. When they restored this small strip of Crockett street....they spared no expense. They got it right. Now, this is my first visit to Beaumont and at the risk of offending the locals, it is not pleasant. The city feels abandoned with scores if not hundreds of empty store fronts buildings and warehouses. I even tried to visit the Port, (probably the only attraction the city has) but it was fenced off and not accessible. There was no public area. No train ride, no Port museum, no port café, no port boat rides or cargo ship tours. Nothing. Then, I stumbled on to Crocket street as I was looking for the restored historic theater. It was only 5 o'clock and the Riverside restaurant was the only storefront with any sign of life. So, I strolled in for a peek. Wow! I was greeted with genuine enthusiasm and no condemnation when I said I was just looking and wanted to seena menu. The staff politely obliged and I took a moment to preview the menu.
